OMG look it's alive

Yes, believe it or not, neither Ami nor I have died or moved to Antartica or become hermits. We've just been. . .Um, not posting. Which is sad. But we're back now! Or, at least, I'm back now. Did you miss me? 'Course you did.
Anyway, next month, as you hopefully know, is April. What you may not know, is that April= SCRIPT FRENZY TIME. Yes, it's another one of those insane writing challanges like nanowrimo, except this time it's scripts instead of novels. This'll be my second year, and Ami's first. I'll be writing about time travel and planets and space drama and all that good stuff. No clue what Ami's writing about. Probably something awesome.
. . .I don't have anything else to put here, soo. . . enjoy this picture of my cat: His name is Big Brother and yes, he is watching you. ((obscure humor for the win))

This is why I Love my home town

So today is, what? January 22? Dead of winter, right? Snow piled everywhere, really, really cold...

Hah.
For Ami and me, it's the beginning of spring. It was 61 degrees all day today, absolutely gorgeous. I went walking for a few hours, wandering, listening to this song. It's a good song to wander too. (Oh, and while I'm at it, all you hoopy froods should check this out. It's the 1981 TV series of Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. Luuuurrrrve). We have this narrow window of time between winter and summer when it's the perfect temperature all the time. It lasts about two weeks. Then it's summer and everything gets hot and brown and dead. So I decided to make the most of it. I walked to Olive Tree lane:And sat in a tree all day. Reading The Odyssey. It's surprisingly good. Plus, If I'm hoping to pass the test, it's probably a good idea to maybe actually read the book, you think? Then, I walked up and down looking ridiculous jumping after olives. Once I get more than one thermos full (I had brought some tea, then when I finished it, I put olives in the thermos. Okay?) I'm going to cure them. Maybe with brine.

One last thing, a shout out to my friend Bri, who I met through Screnzy last April. Haaaaaiiiii!! *waves* You should all check out her vlog.
Okay, that's it for now. See ya'

My Courious Obsession With Things That Fly. post two

Hi agian. Today, we'll be discusing Cool Airplanes. Because they fly, and that makes me happy. Before we begin, however, I'd like to point out that I don't know much about them at the moment, so don't be expecting any technical insight or anything fancy like that. Soon though, hopefully I will be able to supply you with any number of useless factoids.
US Navy fighter jets. ^

The Concorde, supersonic jet ^ A brand new concept plane by Boeing. Dubbed "The Sonic Cruiser"Cause it doesn't have a proper name yet.

A glider. I have only one thing to say about this: I want one. ^

Thus concludes post number two of this series.

My courious facination with things that fly. Post one

The title really says it all. Really. I looove things that fly. Not sure exactly why, but I do. This is the first in a series of post highlighting the many things that have endeared themselves to me in that manner

Pterosaurs
Okay. These guys have the added bonus of being alive millions of years ago along side the dinosaurs (if you call them dinosaurs though, I swear by my pretty floral bonnet I will end you) Nyctosaurus, truly one of the strangest creatures ever to bob for fish^ Some form of large Pterosaur(^) taking off. Watch this here video for a freaking awesome demonstration (seriously, go watch it. it comes with my personal recommendation. Mind=blown)
The Tapejara Imperator. How could you not love it, with a name like that?^
Preondactylus,^a little blue flying thing. Yaaaayyyy

All
Pterosaur pictures were drawn by Mark Witton. Go check him out

Sketches and Paintings

Here are some pictures of paintings and drawings I did...take a look!
NOTE: Sorry about the overload of pictures, I just don't have much to say today! XD
